This year, Tanjung Ria Kitchen proudly presents Pesona Ramadhan: Santapan Tradisi Serumpun — A Celebration of Nusantara Flavours and Traditions, an iftar buffet inspired by the rich culinary heritage of the Nusantara. The menu brings together a curated selection of beloved dishes, prepared to evoke warmth, familiarity, and the comforting essence of iftar.
At the heart of the feast is a whole lamb, slow-roasted to perfection with tuhau marination and local herbs, infused with rich, aromatic flavours. Guests can also look forward to highlights such as udang galah masak lemak cili api, grilled whole snapper,lamb green curry, shahi chicken curry, kupang masak berlado, and the legendary signature ox-tail assam pedas, complemented by a wide variety of Malay, Indian, Chinese, and Western favourites.
