KK Jazz Festival 2026

KOTA KINABALU, SABAH – The much-anticipated KK Jazz Festival is set to make its long-awaited return with its 14th edition, marking its first staging since 2019. The annual festival continues its mission of raising funds for communities in need while providing a vibrant platform to showcase outstanding musicians from Sabah and beyond.

Jointly organised by the Rotary Club of Kota Kinabalu (RCKK) and the Society of Performing Arts, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (SPArKS), proceeds from ticket sales will go towards various community projects. RCKK initiatives include medical outreach camps in rural areas and gravity-fed water projects to provide clean water access. Meanwhile, SPArKS focus on elevating and empowering Sabah’s local performing arts ecosystem.

The festival’s Organising Chairman Benjamin Lo shared their enthusiasm for the festival’s revival, calling on the community to lend its support. “The KK Jazz Festival is not only a celebration of great music but also a meaningful initiative to support our local arts scene, encourage young talents, and raise funds for Rotary’s charitable projects,” they said.

The 14th KK Jazz Festival will take place on Saturday, 11 April 2026, at the KDCA Hall, from 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm. Tickets are priced at RM50 and RM100, and are available online via
