Running from 19 February to 19 March 2026, this culinary showcase celebrates the rich heritage and vibrant flavours of traditional cuisine, meticulously prepared by the resort’s expert culinary team.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the resort’s coastal beauty, the ‘Cita Rasa Dapur Chef’ buffet offers an extensive spread designed to bring families and friends together. Guests can expect a masterfully curated selection of dishes, ranging from succulent roasted meats and traditional favourites like ketupat and lemang to an array of delicate, festive desserts.
Highlights for this year’s buffet spread include the ‘Juadah Viral’ menu, which include the Roasted whole Beef Leg, Uncle Keymet’s Rojak Buah (local fruit salad), Abang John’s Satay, and Nyonya Assam Pedas Marinated Baked Fish.
Other must-tries on the buffet spread include the ulam (salad) appetisers, that are derived wholly from the local market and Shangri-La Rasa Ria’s herb permaculture garden, as well as the homemade ice cream selection.

Children aged 11 and below dine for FREE from Monday to Thursday when accompanied by one paying adult.
Additionally, children aged 7 to 11 years are eligible for a 50% discount off the original buffet price or may purchase children’s buffet vouchers as an alternative.
