KOTA KINABALU, 6 August 2025 – ASIAWATER Versi Sabah 2025 has officially opened its doors
today, at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC), marking a significant milestone in the
advancement of the water and wastewater industry across Sabah and Borneo. With over 1,500
industry players in attendance, the excitement is palpable as the event sets the stage for
transformative discussions and innovative solutions.
The event was officiated by YAB Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Bin Haji Noor, the Chief Minister of
Sabah. His presence underscores the government’s commitment to fostering collaboration and
innovation in the water sector, emphasising the vital role of sustainable practices for the benefit
