KOTA KINABALU, 8 October 2026 — Big Bad Wolf Books returns to Kota Kinabalu this October with 11 days of book discovery, opening-day exclusives and a Halloween activation. From 30 October to 9 November 2026, the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) will welcome readers of all ages to explore books and special offers.
More than a book sale, the Kota Kinabalu chapter is part of Big Bad Wolf Books’ continued effort to bring reading closer to the community. In the lead-up to the sale, the team has been visiting schools and connecting with educators and students across Kota Kinabalu.
These visits create opportunities to meet the people at the heart of the local reading community — from teachers who nurture young minds every day to students discovering stories that spark their curiosity. Through conversations, Big Bad Wolf Books hopes to make reading more enjoyable, familiar and exciting for young readers.
At SICC, visitors can look forward to a broad selection of English-language books for every age and interest, from children’s picture books to fiction, non-fiction and unexpected discoveries for avid readers and first-time book buyers alike.
