Upon entering the lobby, guests will be greeted by a delightful Santa’s Village replica, crafted by the hotel’s talented team using sustainable materials, featuring a handcrafted fireplace and Santa’s Mailbox. This charming centerpiece not only enhances the festive atmosphere but also serves as the heart of the hotel’s annual community initiative.
Across the hotel, celebrations unfold through an array of culinary experiences. Tanjung Ria Kitchen presents refreshed festive buffets inspired by seasonal favourites and local flavours, featuring highlights such as Seafood on Ice, Salmon Gravlax, Roast Wagyu Whole Leg, Chicken Toast Wellington, Slipper Lobster Baked with Cheese, and Baked Oysters, and handcrafted festive desserts. At Mosaic Café, guests can enjoy the
season’s sweetest delights—from freshly baked breads and hearty pies to decadent cakes and festive cookies. Holiday handcrafted gelato and cozy favourites like the Gingerbread Latte and Peppermint Mocha offer the perfect festive treat throughout the season.
For those celebrating at home, the hotel extends its culinary magic through Roast-to-Go offerings, curated gift box, and a selection of festive delights available at both Mosaic Café and the City Mall Christmas booth from 13 to 23 December.
Adding to the ambience, live Christmas carols will fill The Lounge from 21 to 24 December 2025, bringing warmth and melody to the celebrations.
The hotel also continues its meaningful tradition with the “Make a Wish” charitable programme. This year, contributions will support St. Maria Goretti Binaong, St. Marianne Girls’ Hostel and St Paulus Church, all of which play an important role in supporting underprivileged children and communities. Guests are invited to select a child’s wish card from Santa’s Village and place their gifts and messages at the hand-crafted fireplace by 23 December 2025.

The celebrations continue on New Year’s Eve, where Tanjung Ria Kitchen will serve an abundant buffet featuring Oxtail Assam Pedas, Lamb Shank Masak Curry, Udang Galah Masak Lemak Nenas, Lamb Shaslik, a vibrant Seafood on Ice showcase, and an impressive Roast Wagyu Whole Leg.
Guests may then gather at The Lounge for a lively countdown to 2026, accompanied by a performance by The Emeralds and a free-flow beverage package priced at MYR 150.00 nett per person.
